GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION--Elegant, Clean, Modern.

I can't say enough good things about S and her place. As a host S was attentive and responsive. She would check in regularly to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more pleasant. As far as the space goes it is very clean and well laid out. I particularly enjoyed how open the main living area was. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. This place really had everything we needed for our three month stay. The last thing I would say is if you're looking to be close to downtown in a nice quiet neighborhood you really can't do any better than this location. There is very easy access to not only downtown but the Ballard, Fremont, and Greenlake neighborhoods as well which is where we found ourselves hanging out most of the time. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fabulous stay at S's lower level home. S always made sure I had everything I needed and was well taken care of. It's a very central, convenient location. I had lots of privacy and peace and quiet. It was a very comfortable, cozy spot. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great location with walking distance to University Library, Trader Joes, YMCA, and Whole Foods. Our accommodations were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood at night is quiet for sleeping. The sunny backyard is a wonderful spot to enjoy a good book and watch the hummingbirds at the feeders. Most importantly if anything should arise the owners are quick to respond. If visiting Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.
