This apartment was absolutely lovely and so comfortable. S was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and if I had any issues S made sure to handle them quickly. A simple 5 minute walk to the bus stop made getting to any location with Seattle very easy, rarely needed an uber. Highly recommend this apartment for renting.

Amazing place to stay as a solo traveler

I had such a nice stay at this unit and it is in a very convenient location. S gave great recommendations, was attentive and there for any need that arose during my stay.

Great Option in Convenient Location

We had a great 3 month stay at S's place and highly recommend it. It's a great location in Seattle, with convenient access to the highway and good transit, and also walking distance from grocery stores, the farmer's market, a few gyms, and more. The apartment itself is well equipped for longer stays and S is very attentive and a great neighbor to have!

Excellent Place

Loved the 4 month stay at this place. The place is a spacious basement apartment and has everything needed to be a comfortable stay and even host a guest or two. It's quiet and private which is great for sleeping during the day if you're a night shifter. Kitchen has all the tools for cooking full meals which were exchanged with S who is a great cook. Location is perfect, in a safe neighborhood and in walking distance to a farmer's market on the weekend. 10/10 place, would stay here again

Amazing Experience

I can't say enough good things about S and her place. As a host S was attentive and responsive. She would check in regularly to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more pleasant. As far as the space goes it is very clean and well laid out. I particularly enjoyed how open the main living area was. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. This place really had everything we needed for our three month stay. The last thing I would say is if you're looking to be close to downtown in a nice quiet neighborhood you really can't do any better than this location. There is very easy access to not only downtown but the Ballard, Fremont, and Greenlake neighborhoods as well which is where we found ourselves hanging out most of the time. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fabulous place to stay

I had a fabulous stay at S's lower level home. S always made sure I had everything I needed and was well taken care of. It's a very central, convenient location. I had lots of privacy and peace and quiet. It was a very comfortable, cozy spot. I highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent

Great location with walking distance to University Library, Trader Joes, YMCA, and Whole Foods. Our accommodations were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood at night is quiet for sleeping. The sunny backyard is a wonderful spot to enjoy a good book and watch the hummingbirds at the feeders. Most importantly if anything should arise the owners are quick to respond. If visiting Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.
