Lucky Find!!!

Absolutely loved staying here! As a female in her twenties, I never felt unsafe and it was super convenient to be close to the hospital. I loved having my own bathroom and balcony area and there was plenty of space living with three other people. Scott was great and easy to get in touch with. Definitely wouldve stayed longer if I extended my contract!

Perfect place!!

This is a great place! I kept renewing my contract at UVA because my accommodations were so great and so convenient. I stayed for almost a year. The owner is very accommodating, very easy to work with. I worked nights and had no difficulties sleeping. Felt very safe. Beautiful and clean. S was my contact person and was very easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend this place.

Great Location

I continued to extend my UVA contract as the hospital is amazing and had the pleasure of staying at this FF for a year. S the property manager was very helpful and responded quickly for any concerns I had. He is also close to the property if needed. This house has everything you need from cleaning supplies to laundry supplies. Every room has their own bathroom which is nice and at least for my room there was an ethernet connection which is something I like to have. If I decide to resign at UVA, I would not hesitate to rent here again.
