One of the Best Rentals in the Area

Maureen is an excellent host and is very accommodating. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout my entire stay and was very hospitable. She is very easy to reach if you have any problems (which I did not experience often at all). The property is always well kept and having a dedicated parking spot in the driveway is a huge plus! It is located about 15-20 minutes away from most of my rotations in/near Keralty Hospital (formerly Westchester General). In addition, the washer and dryer is in the garage and is very easy to access. The room is very spacious for 1-2 people and includes a king size bed, master bathroom with 2 sinks, jacuzzi, and a big shower. There is now a bigger TV. The kitchen has the essentials including a dual hot plate, a toaster over, coffee maker, microwave, and an air fryer with plenty of utensils, plates, mugs, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is working or doing clinical rotations in the Kendall/Westchester area.

Homestead Rental

Room was spacious, looked like the pictures. Safe,quiet neighborhood. You enter n exist through garage. She has 2 dogs that bark sometimes but they are never out.. Landlord doesn't bother you at all, she gives you your privacy. I was able to have company while there. My bedroom opened to the pool. I worked at HCA Kendall it only took me 30mins to get to work. I would stay here again and recommend this rental.
