Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful 4.5 month stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place. The location is excellent—situated in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with easy access to grocery and convenience stores. There’s also a nice park nearby, which was a great bonus. The unit itself was exactly as shown in the video tour. It appears to be a recently built addition to the main house, with its own private entrance, offering both modern features and a good level of privacy. The 1 bed, 1 bath layout was very functional and comfortable throughout the stay. The host truly made the experience even better—very responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. It’s clear they take great care in maintaining the property and ensuring guests are comfortable. Overall, a great place for both short and extended stays. I would definitely stay here again!

Vandalized car

I have stayed here for 3 months in Summer 2025. The place was like it is advertised, clean and sufficient for temporary stays. Quite neighborhood but a bit shady. My personal vehicle got vandalized while it was parked front of this unit. Somone jumped on its roof and the front windshield, destroying the windshield. Police could not find any suspects because the host does not have a security camera installed facing the street from the unit. Neighbors seem a bit isolated and not friendly.
