I spend a lot of time in South Florida on assignment and loved the location of this house. Easy access to major highways to get to and from where I need to go. Loved how quiet and safe it felt staying there and the neighbors were very nice. As others have stated, Lynette was awesome. She is very responsive and soooo nice!

Loved my stay at this property. Nice, quiet neighborhood, specially since I worked nights at nearby Memorial West. Close to highways and Sawgrass Mall. It was perfect. Lynette was very attentive and quick to respond when needed!

L was an absolute dream to work with, she always responded to our texts and questions promptly and politely and was very helpful if anything ever came up. Great space, lots of storage and room, highly recommend for anyone, especially travel nurses looking to rent out a space with their family or roommate and dog. Our doggo loved it, and loved the yard. I cannot say enough good regarding renting from L! She was a God-send! She is so kind, extremely responsive and went out of her way to make this experience feel like home. The house has everything you need and for those of us working in the health care industry- finding a quiet and safe rental is like hitting the jackpot! This place was perfect!

Great place to stay

Lenette is a great person to rent from. She is ALWAYS available by phone or text at any time of the day. Her house is a great place to stay and Id stay here again if I ever worked in Florida. The hammock and screened in back porch is perfect for those nice evenings when you want to relax and de-stress. The lights around the back porch make it fun when you have friends over. Never had any issues with payments or worries about getting my deposit back. Youre only about 15-20 minutes from the beach, so make this your place to stay when youre in south Florida!
