Wonderful place to call home!

I enjoyed the quiet safe neighborhood. It was close to all the amenities one could need and not far from all the fun places to explore. The pool was refreshing, my room was cozy and it was nice to have my own bathroom. I loved lounging near the pool as well. The Lanlord is very welcoming and accommodating. I will be back. Such a great place to stay while enjoying Tampa.

Dirty and cockroaches

Common spaces were left a disgusting mess by host: dirty dishes everywhere, dirty pans on the stove for days on end, food on the counters, spills/drips left on counters and floors, piles of garbage left out, dirty clothes left, cockroaches on the counters and in the dishwasher. Kitchen smelled up the whole house due to this. Backyard and pool not kept up, in no way resembles the neat clean pictures posted. I worked 50 hours a week as a nurse and couldnt use any common space without first cleaning it. I left 10 days early because I was so grossed out, tired of cleaning after a grown adult, and my daughter was in town to visit, I didnt want her to have to also live in that mess. I asked for a refund for my last week there (even though I was really leaving 10 days early due to conditions) and host refused stating rental was a month long as stated in listing. $300 wasnt worth another minute of living in that environment so we left. Host was nice but I wouldnt recommend at all.
