Best Stay Ever

Kathy and Bob are the best. The made my short stay (6ish months) in Medford so comfy and amazing. They keep everything stocked (kitchen had all the utensils: pots, pans, plates, etc) and was very accommodating. Although they live in the back part of the house, I rarely heard them or their pets. They kept the hot tub clean and maintained. Parking was never a problem too. Roommates have always been nice, sometimes there was no roommate. All accommodations at their property had their own bathrooms and rooms which made privacy great. They also have a helper/cleaner come often to do some light cleaning in the common areas (living room, laundry room, outside, and kitchen). Honestly, if I am ever back in Medford, I would come and stay with them during my stay.

Welcoming home with friendly people

I rented a room in Kathy and Bob's home for about two months and enjoyed my stay with them. Medford was a new city to me and they were helpful in giving recommendations on the area. The room I rented included use of a private bathroom located right across the hall from the bedroom. During my stay, the dog (Puddles) and cat (Larry) were sweet companions who helped me feel even more welcome to the area. There was plenty of space for me to store and prepare food in the kitchen and dining room. Thanks to Kathy and Bob for being welcoming and helpful.

Medford home away from home

Kathy and Bob were very hospitable and helpful. I felt safe and right at home. The area was quiet, nice and quaint. Not too far from their house, is a little shopping center with a movie theater, cool little restaurants, gyms, a grocery store, oil change/auto service place and a doggie park. My dog Chance thoroughly enjoyed living there. He sometimes would play with Bob and Kathys dog, Puddles. Chance and I lived there very comfortably, and were able to do our routine things like laundry and cook etc. If I ever do another medical work contract in Medford, I hope to stay there again.

Everything I Needed

Staying here ticked all the boxes for me, and my hosts always ensured I had everything I needed. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and respected my space and privacy. Most importantly, they provided excellent care to my cat. I was able to take multiple short and long trips/vacations because I knew he was in good hands. They doted upon him with attention, treats, and affection, and even took him to the vet for me so that I didn't have to miss work. This kind of peace of mind really mattered to me. The house is close to town, the hospitals, and every sort of store you need, but the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I enjoyed reading on the patio, playing the piano, and using the exercise equipment. You'll have everything required for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there are plenty of local events and fun places to visit throughout the year. I highly recommend staying here for your home away from home. It was truly a pleasure!

Great with pets!

Wonderful hosts! Their home was welcoming, comfortable, clean, and peaceful. They were accommodating at all times especially when it came to pet-sitting my dog for as much time as needed. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog and I were taken care of, even gave me rides to and from the airport! The hosts also do a great job with updating with current events and things to do while in the area. Need a place to get your hair done, or dog groomed, just ask! You will have a wonderful experience. Hope to use them again in the future.
