AMAZING TEMPORARY HOME!!!
Amazing location. Owners are incredibly nice and have included renters in festive porch activities. Location is amazing!!! The Highlands neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and constantly having live music and other festivities. This property is in the center of it all. I have enjoyed live music from the front porch, but still a quiet place to get some great sleep at night. Property is constantly kept clean with monthly pest control check ups. This property is within walking distance to Cherokee park a lovely town park for dog walking, exercising, golf, fishing, and hiking. Also within walking distance are restaurants, cafe's and nice little shops. Literally within 5-10min walking distance. The building itself is a unique building, antique but cozy. Loved hearing the steps squeak. This was a perfect home away from home. If i could live in this building or neighborhood I most definitely would. This is the place you're looking for.

Cozy, Cute, Clean and Safe
This little efficiency apartment was super clean and well maintained. I felt very safe staying there. It's in a great part of town and was only a 10-15 min drive to downtown hospitals. The property owners were friendly and helpful and obviously take great pride in this historic home. I had no issues while staying there and would be glad to rent there again if I'm ever back in Louisville.
