Highly Recommend!

This is absolutely the perfect place to stay. It is EXTREMELY clean, cozy, and has everything you need including a private patio and fire pit. The hosts were extremely kind, available, and always respected my privacy. They made sure I had everything I needed and more. The neighborhood is also EXTREMELY safe and quiet. I often went on afternoon walks around the neighborhood and always felt safe and comfortable. There are also a lot of great food places nearby! I can't say enough great things about this place and I would 100% recommend it for anyone needing to stay in the area!

Recommend this place. The place was clean and perfect for my husband, two small dogs, and myself. The ceiling up stairs was low but overall didn't bother me or my husband. Place had the washer and dryer which is always a plus. J is also the best. By far one of the best hosts we have had. He and his family are all so kind. Always speak when they see us and ask if we need anything. We felt very comfortable there and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Very Nice Place to stay

This is a great property for one person and maybe a small pet. I would consider this a 1.5 story guest house that you have entirely to yourself. I loved the spacious bathroom and cozy bed. The small living room/ kitchen area was decent for a 3 month stay. I loved how there was a washer/dryer unit, large fridge, toaster, and blender....but I did not like how there was a hot plate to cook my meals (I survived, but it was kinda tedious to prepare a main dish and two sides on one hot plate lol). The property is also close to great trails, every grocery store you can think of, and restaurants. What really appealed to me was the 10-30 min drive to the best shopping areas in the world (from Topanga Mall to Rodeo Drive, and the rare shopping areas that I refuse to disclose lol). The family is VERY generous and kind. They made me feel included in their family during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day. Jack even jumped my car at 6 AM two times, I can't thank them enough!

Great Stay!

This is the perfect space with everything you need. I especially enjoyed my morning teas and evening wind down in my private yard. The hosts were extremely kind and available, yet always respected my privacy. The neighborhood is EXTREMELY safe and quiet. Also, there are lots of great places to eat nearby. I stayed here while working at Northridge and the 15 min commute was great. I will stay here again in a heartbeat if I get another contract in the area.
