Absolutely perfect!

John was a wonderful host. He was very welcoming, and helpful with the area.. Quick to respond to any questions I had. The unit was in great condition, very clean and cozy, offering everything i could need. The garage was a wonderful benefit with the snow. Good location to get anything you need, many things within walking distance.. 10/10 would recommend.

An excellent place to live!

My wife and I stayed at this property for over a year after selling our house in IL and looking for a new house in a competitive market. We were so pleasantly surprised at everything the rental had to offer! Location was perfect! Its a nice quiet and safe neighborhood with just a 5 min walk to the village and restaurants; off street parking for both of our vehicles; nice L shaped desk so both of us could still work remotely from home; just overall a nice and clean property! We were very comfortable living here for the past year. J was very quick to respond and address maintenance issues if anything needed attention (which was seldom). We would have gladly stayed longer if we didnt find our house. Thank you, J, for being so kind and accommodating!

Excellent Home

I stayed here for a full year while training at Froedtert/MCW Hospital. The location was perfect for me to be able to walk (10-15 min) or drive (2-3 min) to work, enjoy Downtown Wauwatosa, and get to the highway quickly for longer commutes. J was an excellent host and landlord. He made sure I had everything I could have possibly needed to live and work comfortably and addressed regular and unplanned maintenance expediently and professionally.

Great location /neighborhood

Excellent Location/Property

Ive been a traveling Respiratory Therapist for almost 3 years and J's apartment was one of the best places Ive found in my travels! He was so accommodating and responsive with any questions I had! The apartment distance to many places (restaurants and bike/running trails) and a short drive to the hospitals, its a great neighborhood, I felt so comfortable staying there and will absolutely rent this place again if I have another opportunity to work in the Milwakee area 10/10 on all accounts .
