2 Bed Home with Office & Yard, 10min to Uptown

This cute apartment has everything you could want in a furnished stay. The location is a quiet safe suburban setting. The unit has everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. It is close to downtown and restaurants. The landlord is super responsive to any needs and is exceptionally friendly. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to stay here again.

This is an awesome private apartment in the suburbs right near shopping, trails and Camp North End. The apartment had everything I needed for a long term stay. I unfortunately had to cut my visit short but Emily was incredible to work with. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay again!

This property fit all of the criteria that i wanted im a temporary home. Location close to downtown and activities for an active social life of the theatre, shows and dining. I found the neighborhood to be safe and i had no issues with noise in the neighborhood. A huge plus was the modem decor and the landlord. E really takes care of and is proactive with the house. Well maintained yard as well. Thw only issue i evwe had was internet gping put and they made sure we stayed in the loop on repairing it. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay at any of their properties

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood right outside downtown. It was very comfortable and stocked with a great neighborhood to walk my dogs in. E was very communicative and easy to get ahold of if I had a question. Would def rent again if I were in Charlotte!

The place is very clean and comfortable, and it's in a very queit neighborhood. It has all the everyday essentials you need, and you can tell the host puts a lot of efforts in making this place a wondeful home for all the guests! I appreciate the thoughtfulness very much. The communication between the host is always very smooth and clear. I would recommand this place to everyone!

E's rentals property was nothing but amazing! She has thought of everything from providing shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, and dishes/cookware to ear plugs for those of us that work night shift. Her rentals is very homey and comfortable, including the beds! The rental is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Communication with E was effortless, no matter what we needed she was always there to help and offer assistance. I would 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful layout of place. Very clean and everything you need is already there( dishes pots pans towels bed linens ect...) host is very very responsive and caring. Im a travel nurse. I extended my stay and would definitely come back if ever in the area again. Thank you E for your wonderful home!!

Wonderful layout and super clean! Close to shopping, restaurants and easily accessible to Interstate. About a 15 min drive to uptown as well! Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Hit every mark for our family in our transition to the Charlotte area. Beautifully updated and remodeled. Quiet secluded backyard and deck to enjoy a nice Cabernet while enjoying a gorgeous Charlotte evening. Will definitely be referring friends to this place if they ever visit Charlotte!
