Good times at the Bungalow

I stayed in this cozy bungalow for 3 months this winter and couldnt have asked for a better spot. Its in a perfect locationwalking distance to tons of great bars and restaurantsbut still incredibly quiet and private. The wood stove made it feel extra homey during the colder months, and the beds were super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and then some. On top of that, the landlord and property manager were so kind and accommodatingsuper responsive and genuinely made me feel at home. Just an all-around peaceful, well-stocked, and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

Best Bend Location

This house has everything you need. The owner and property manager are wonderful to work with: kind and quick communication. When I moved in, the house was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Both bedrooms have closet space and comfy, clean beds. The kitchen has ample dishware and cooking ware. The owner has put a lot of thought into making this house feel like a home. The wood fire stove is a huge plus! There is storage space in the detached garage for gear. The property is within walking distance from everything in Downtown Bend, a few blocks from Drake Park and a beautiful walk to Old Mill and the river. You really couldn't ask for a better location. I lived here as a single woman and felt very safe. I highly recommend this house as a rental. It was a perfect size for myself (plus one other) and room for guests.

Cozy little home close to downtown and activities!

Myself and a friend who is also a traveled nurse stayed here for two months while doing an eight week contract at St Charles Bend. The home is perfect for travelling professionals, with plenty of space between the bedrooms that provides some privacy as well as fairly large common areas. The home's kitchen was very well stocked with just about everything we needed for our stay and the property manager was kind enough to provide some wood for the wood stove and refill the laundry supply stock. Famous downtown Bend is a very short walk from the property and it also sits conveniently close to the Bend library. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the large backyard was also nice to sit in relax with the grill and seating area provided. Overall this property was a pleasure to stay at and the individuals running the property were extremely responsive and easy to stay with. I would book again if I take another contract in Bend!

Perfect Location - Would love to stay here again!

I stayed at this Cozy Bungalow this past November, and enjoyed this cpzy home away from home - it's appointed with attractive furnishings & art, comfy beds and all the supplies you need to enjoy your time in Bend! The location can't be beat, with a quick walk or bike ride to many popular destinations nearby - Downtown shops, restaurants and boutiques, St. Francis soaking tubs, beautiful Drake Park, and the Mill District.
