Enjoyed my stay

Had no issues during my time staying here. Rachel was very accommodating with any concerns I might have had. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Plenty of parking available on several streets surrounding the property.

Very accommodating

I stayed here with my student whilst working on a project at the Smithsonian Institute. R, the owner, was particularly accommodating with my home institutions administrative requirements for rental payment, and flexible with dates. Furthermore, the apartment is very close to the local pool so that I can get my daily water fix. The apartment itself is perfect for work and very warm (we were there at the height of winter). It has everything that you need. The images on 'furnished finder' aren't necessarily true to life in the apartment itself (e.g., furniture), I'd still highly recommend staying here. Thanks

Long Term Renter

We loved this property! Living here has been such a pleasure. The location is great and walkable to a lot of good food and activities. Ubers and the Metro were fairly easy to access. The space is comfortable and homey and has everything you need including welcoming neighbors. The owners were extremely accommodating and were easy to work with and get in touch with. They gave us lots of good recommendations in the area and made our stay here amazing. Highly recommend!
