Great find!!!
I absolutely loved my stay in this room. It is located in a beautiful area, close to Cherokee Park. I felt safe, even at night. On site laundry was a plus. Mary, the landlord , was wonderful as well.

Wonderful Place for a long term stay
I had a wonderful three-month stay in this studio apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is truly unbeatable—nestled in a charming historic neighborhood with so much character, and everything I needed was just a short walk away. The studio itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a longer stay. It felt like a home away from home, and I always felt safe and at ease. Staying here made my time in the area even more enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place in an excellent location.
