Im very happy to have stayed in this apartment during my work contract. The place is very nice and clean, the building is well maintained and the apartment is fully stocked for all your needs .The place is very cozy and peaceful. The neighborhood seems safe and the building it self is very quiet. There is onsite parking and all the utilities were included. No surprises. Ms Marshall is a great landlord she always made sure i was happy with my stay and fixed any issues that popped up (not many). It was great doing business with Ms Marshall and i can even call her a great friend. Thanks again !

Cozy Apartment

We have been staying here for about 6 months now. Ms. M. is a very attentive landlord, although she is a tad particular about how she likes things. The apartment is located in an easily accessible area to most areas of LA. Even though it is a bit dated, the hardwood floors and open space make this a great apartment. The neighbor next door is also so sweet. Would recommend!

Very attentive owner

Honestly, photos don't give justice to the apartment. The owner is very attentive and you will get everything you need and even more. My husband and I had a great stay here. The area is good for any health care professional since it is very quiet. If I need, I will definitely come back to her place.
