Amazing Stay

I had an amazing stay at J's space. Its a private space with a private entrance. You have your own full kitchen and bathroom. J was very sweet and gives you your privacy and is easily accessible if you have any questions or need any assistance. She was sweet enough to assist me with my move in process. It feels very homely and you also get your own washer and dryer which is a great help not having to search for a laundry mat which is not close by. Overall I highly recommend and you will have an amazing stay. The space has everything you need.

Poor Business practices

I am a experienced traveler. Unfortunately, the landlords' business practices ruined the review I wanted to leave, Nurses please beware. The listing advertises a pool that I was never able to use. Upon moving in the refrigerator was dripping water inside and during my stay the refrigerator did go out. I was out of a fridge for almost 5 days; the landlord did not offer any courtesy accommodations instead she suggested I issue a claim with the renters insurance. (which was not covered). The landlord took half of my deposit for these reasons: 1. Towel stains, Pan/cookware stains, leaving cleaning and personal toiletries (which most were there before I got there), a carpet steaming, & a paint scratch. I was charged over $400 for these expenses. I would not recommend renting from her.

Cozy and Accommodating

I enjoyed my stay in J's studio. It was very comfortable and offered all the accommodations I could hope for. Located in a quiet neighborhood with private parking minutes from several grocery stores, take your pick, and the famous Topanga mall. The studio itself is immaculate. I enjoyed my own private entrance with private parking. All of the amenities were there at my disposal. The kitchen area has everything needed to prepare delicious meals and more. I enjoyed cooking on the gas range and oven. Plenty of cabinet space and room in the kitchen to move around in. Wasnt a big fan of being away from home in Texas but staying at this provided an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility!

Traveler's Dream Nest

I am a traveling nurse and I stumbled upon this pearl while on assignment. It's a newly built studio apartment that has a private entrance, parking and it's own washer dryer unit. It's conveniently located in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The experience was awesome.
