The perfect place to stay in Eugene

This is an awesome place to stay in Eugene for many reasons! It is so incredibly clean and comfortable, it has absolutely everything you could possibly need, its very safe and secure, the location is perfect for getting anywhere you want to go in any direction, and it only takes 6 minutes to get to PeaceHealth. The owner/landlord is fantastic!! She will make sure all of your needs are taken care of and at the same time give you 100% privacy. I truly enjoyed staying here for the 8 weeks I was working, I would absolutely stay here again!!

All Yours

I just finished a fantastic stay at J's place. Really cool landlord and surprisingly peaceful, quiet and secure. The description of the property is accurate - no surprises. This unit provides a real sense of privacy. I rarely saw neighbors and only saw the landlord a couple times (over the 60 days I was there). Original artwork appears to be a small, personal (owner) collection obtained via extensive travel. Artwork, unique furniture and a collection of photos give the place a unique and personal feel. Also a ton of new, adolescent flowers and other well-planned flora and fauna. A small garden in the back provides a home for iris's, lilies, an olive tree and Japanese maple - with an assortment of perennials. Out front are hydrangeas, iris's and a rose. I will miss Eugene -- had an excellent stay. 2/25

Home away from Home

Js place is the best! I worked at Riverbend and it was an easy commute. The neighbor is safe and the neighbors are friendly. Her place has everything you will need. Tons of natural light and the front balcony is perfect for coffee and chill time!!
