Entire Condo Corner Unit

Fantastic experience!

Condo is in a very convenient location. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. Very clean and well stocked with everything I needed. Beds are comfy. Main bedroom has blackout curtains which were great for me being a night shift nurse. Owners are super nice and very responsive. I would 100% recommend this rental! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!

Vegas stay

Just perfect! 6 minute door to door commute to Spring Valley hospital and 8 minutes to the strip. Pictures are accurate. Well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. Smart TV with Roku had clear picture and sound. The air conditioning unit kept the place cool in the hot months, but also had plenty of fans. Beds are comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The unit is located at the back of the complex on the second floor so it felt very private and quiet. Code lock at the front door was convenient. I didnt use the workout facility but the pool close to the unit is very nice with some lounge chairs and grills. Owners are responsive to anything you might need and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect place while I figured out my next move

Fantastic location! The owners were very responsive every time I had a question, and supplied everything I needed and more. It was the perfect short term rental. The condo is super cute and has a great layout for the size.

FABULOUS rental!

Super clean, well stocked, fully furnished, pet friendly rental. They really thought of everything! The in-unit laundry was great. We honestly didn't need to bring any of our things with us other than clothes. It's at the back of the complex, so it's quiet. Location is awesome - close enough to the Strip that it's easily accessible without being too close. Easy access to the 15/215 if you want to get around the Vegas area. Owner is super easy to deal with - best landlord I've had yet! We rented the unit after moving out of CA while we looked for a home. It was really convenient to all of the areas we were interested in seeing, plus easy to check out other areas to hang out in like the Arts District or Summerlin. Close to grocery stores and other shopping opportunities, it really was in a prime location for us. Can't recommend it enough!
