This recently renovated condo is in a prime location close to downtown Hilo. Great Deal!
This condo was a comfortable and convenient home for us while we packed up and sold our house and prepared to move 5K miles. The owner did a remarkable job in renovating it to provide a beautiful kitchen, thoughtful and practical furnishings, serene ambiance, and ample storage. He is easy to communicate with, very responsive and considerate. While close to a major road with quick access to everything, the condo is removed from street noise and provides quiet nights for sleeping. The AC units in the bedroom are sufficient to cool the entire apartment when needed. This condo is a rare find and a great deal!
worth it
I stayed here from July through December of 2021. The owner is very responsive & responsible. This unit is the best renovated unit on the lot. This unit is far enough from the street to give you peaceful sleep. Its walking distance to farmers market, restaurants, cafes & beach in downtown hilo. I absolutely loved living here for half a year. And Id have stayed here longer if I didnt have to move back to east coast for work.
Great condo and great owner
The owner is great! He always responded super fast to anything we needed and was able to set up a last minute virtual tour for us. The condo is super nice. Most of the furniture is brand new. Everything was stocked super well (lots of dishes and kitchenware). We were able to move in easily and didn't have any issues the 2 months we lived there. The full size fridge and gas oven/stove was awesome. The condo is within walking distance to several parks and the Kaipalaoa Landing lighthouse and beach. It's close to downtown Hilo, so there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if I was going to be back in Hilo.
