Such a wonderful and accommodating Land lord. A beautifully decorated house with comfortable furniture. The bathroom is spacious. And plenty of closet space. I would for sure stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay

The condo it self is phenomenal, easy to get to anywhere you need. It's close to the major hospitals, the gym and groceries are a stone trow away, down town is also very near by with all its amenities and activities. I absolutely loved living here, it definately was a home away from home and a peaceful place to stay after a hectic day. Ms Carolyn was an amazing landylady and always made sure we were well taken care of. I aboslutely would highly recommend this place. I stayed a whole year and would definitely stay again if i could.

Ideal for Travel Nurses

This gated community was the ideal location for my travel assignment. The unit was accommodating being that it was a home away from home. This very spacious unit is clean, modern, updated and has new appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and reserved parking space is available. I felt comfortable, safe, and the property owner, retired nurse, was amazing and responsive! My contract ended and Im relocated but if I were to extend, I would absolutely continue living here! Great food and shopping nearby. Only 8-10 minutes away from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Everything about it made this stay ideal!

Great Host; Noisy Street

The property owner is very sweet, accommodating and easy to get along with. I loved that I had my own bathroom, lots of privacy and in-unit washer & dryer. I felt secure in the gated community. This is a second floor unit and the only issues I had were the noise from the street traffic that runs in front of the unit, the bed wasnt comfortable and some nights theres an animal that makes this loud duck sound.

Travel Nurse Stay Loved it

I loved this property very spacious and you have so much privacy with your own bathroom and so much closet space. It comes with washer and dryer and the community is very peaceful. The house was clean and well kept. Ms.C was very responsive with any issues I had and always checked on me. The only downside is the traffic noise due to the condo being right on the main street. But I would stay here again.

Great stay even better hospitality

Carolyns place was clean upon arrival and provided great amenities. In-unit washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. All kitchen utensils included. Carolyn was a great host and made the stay comfortable. Highly recommend booking this rental! Get it while you can!
