Amazing, Quiet, and all you could ask for!
E is an amazing person and even greater landlord. He was attentive to all my questions and was very straightforward and welcoming. The unit is fully equipped with a fridge and cooking utensils. This property and area is a perfect location for anyone working in healthcare. It is a short walk to Gandy where you can find various restaurants and grocery stores. Not far from Dale Mabry which has a great deal of shopping and food. You can ride your bike to Bayshore with stunning views of the city and a peaceful leisurely ride to downtown, Tampa. The unit is quiet and ideal for someone working night shifts (as there is little noise pollution and landlord has a setup that is PERFECT for sleeping during the day with blackout curtains). Would highly recommend E and his property. I assure you will not be disappointed! Happy traveling and if this unit is available, you will not find something nicer, with a good location and decent price point!

5 Stars Is Not Enough
Erik is amazing and I couldnt have been happier with housing, especially him being so accommodating on short notice. Its clean, quiet and has every single thing you could need as a traveling professional. I cant write a good enough review to express my gratitude and appreciation for this place! 1000% would stay again.
