Great Place to Live in The Heart of Downtown Denver

My Husband, two cats and I stayed in this one bedroom apartment for 6 months. We would have stayed longer, but wanted to get away from the cold for a little while. This has been our favorite place to live so far, nothing has topped it. J was very responsive, friendly, and replaced the dishwasher in a timely manor when it stopped working. It includes one parking spot and my husband parked on the street, which took a little getting used to. Other than that the size of the apartment was perfect for two people and our cats. There is a nice rooftop outdoor space where we would watch the sunsets in the evening. King Soopers is a 2 minute walk, which is very convenient. We would walk to Cheeseman park all the time, it was probably a 10 minute walk. The Botanical Gardens are about a mile away. So many things to do close by. This location was central which was essential to my job floating between four hospitals around Denver. We would come back here in a heartbeat.
