Nice house, hilltop location.

The house is clean, recently remodeled. Easy commute to St. Joes (about 15-20 minutes). The bay front trail is at the bottom of the hill, and the ocean and redwoods not much further. I stayed in the smallest room, which has a west facing window. If you work night shifts, you will want your eye mask. Other than that, it is a cozy place. The front room is great for reading. There is a back room that is set up like an office so you can have a zoom meeting or do other "work" and not be in your bedroom or living room. W/D are in the garage, shared, but clean. The hilltop location is nice because you can be above the fog and enjoy some extra sunshine. The owner, J, is very pleasant and attentive if there are any issues. [Mine were very minor--vacuum bags--and she took care of it very quickly.] I would stay there again.

A great place to stay!

The house was so cute , clean and cozy. I highly recommend to any travel nurse or healthcare worker looking for a place to stay. The pictures are very accurate and it's not too far from the hospital. I had a big peace of mind knowing how secure the home was with the security system in place ( this was very important to me as im a woman traveling alone) and the home was in a very quiet neighborhood so I got a good nights sleep every night. I arrived after long shifts to a very comfortable room and accommodating kitchen and bath. The owner responded promptly to any questions or concerns and was very helpful during my stay. There was an under with any additional information to guide me throughout the house and where I could find things and this was very handy. All in all I had a great experience and the price was very reasonable too, much better than and AirBnB I've had in the past. lts worth it for a very comfortable stay.

Such a relaxing space!

I stayed in the master bedroom and loved it!! Definitely a great place to unwind after a long day of work. Decor is so nice and very functional. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need! In a very quiet neighborhood for those that are light sleepers or people that sleep during the day for their night shift. J was also very responsive to all of my questions and I never had any issues at the house. Will stay here again if I pick up another assignment in Eureka!

Excellent home.

Immaculate home Safe environment My master bedroom was a small heaven, I had a fireplace and a sitting area. A door to a patio outside.shower with four shower heads. The house also has an office/ yoga or exercise room. A laundry room and a spacious garage. The family room dining and kitchen were immaculately furnished and cozy. I highly recommend this home to all traveling RNs. The host is also available anytime you need her or have questions.

Beautiful retreat

Absolutely adored this property. The room was a perfect size for my needs, sleep,work, and a few TV moments. The rest of the house was freshly renovated, modern cozy design and totally furnished for all your needs. The backyard was like a small retreat with a backyard porch, fruit trees and fragrant flowers. The location was near the hospitals, beach and redwoods. I will definitely be returning if Im ever in Eureka again. J was very helpful with all my questions.

This is truly as described-immaculate, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. A very restful retreat after working your shift. You won't be disappointed.
