Amazing Host

Had a great time staying in this unit and Carlos is the best landlord you can ask for! He will treat you like family and take care of whatever needs you may have. Cant recommend enough!

Great place for a work trip

C is a wonderful host...very cool, kind, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious! The bed is giant and so comfortable! The property feels very safe. It's a perfect apartment for someone looking for a home base while on a work trip. I will definitely rent from C again in the future, and I recommend others do as well!

The food in the neighborhood is great! Amazing sushi, tacos, kbbq, Salvadorian, etc all walking distance from your door. The unit is a clean spacious area, showers is dope, two shower heads adjacent to each other. New skylight in the bedroom lets in great natural light in the day, also great for when it rains. TVs is perfect sized for br and living room. If you play guitar then you got two electrics and a bass to play on. The bed is LIT, king sized, tempurpedic mattress all you need. The owner is real cool too, so anything you need to know about food or groceries, where to go in la or whatever he'll help you out. Oh and he makes the bangin Ox tail, maybe he'll hook you up if you're cool lol.

Great space to stay in LA for a little while!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment when I was working in LA. Its a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. C manages the outside of the property very well and keeps it clean and neat. This apartment is also located on a safe and clean street compared to other areas of the city. I was thankful the house is gated and also includes a private gate in the back where the apartment is located. C was very attentive to any issues I had and appreciated being informed if there was something that needed to be done. The apartment doesnt come with w/d in unit however there is a laundromat the next block over which is very convenient, walking usually took about 2 minutes. Street parking can be difficult especially on days for street sweeping, however thats a forever issue in the city. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to someone wanting to enjoy LA for a little while!

Private

This is a private back area from the main house. fully fenced in area that I am comfortable letting my Boxers run around in alone. just a little over 4 miles from Cedars-Sinai. C is friendly, pleasant and goes out of the way to make my stay personal and comfortable. This is an awesome property ! Highly recommended ?? ?? ?? ??
