This home was such a gem! Nestled right outside of Rosewood, 10 minutes from MUSC, within walking distance of Owen's Field. Quiet neighborhood, older home with some charming quirks (like creeky floors), but Carla has done an outstanding job with renovations and providing all that you need to enjoy your stay in Columbia!
This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for a traveler (day or night shift)! Close to everything! I will miss the picturesque view from the living room window, and coffee on the swing out back! C has been the absolute best landlord. Shes easy to reach and quick to respond! She even checked in on me while I was sick! Definitely recommend! If I return to Columbia, I hope one of her properties is available!
Owners are great and are there for your every need. The house is in a very safe area and little traffic and friendly neighbors. Conveniently close to anywhere you need to go which was good for my assignment. Place was incredibly clean and cozy, everything I needed was there and honestly if I did need anything the owner would have definitely brought it over. Truly a great experience and I hope to stay again!
