Great Apt but Noisy Upstairs Neighbors

The apartment is clean and spacious and the host is responsive. The biggest complaint I have is that the upstairs neighbors are very noisy. It is a basement apartment and you can hear everything that the neighbors are doing above. If you are a night shift worker like myself, itll be a challenge to get restful sleep on the weekends and on those days when their little one is at home as he is very active. I tried ear plugs but that barely made a difference as their living area/play area is located right above the basement bedroom. The noise factor is out of the control of the host, but is important to note as you consider booking.
