The kitchen and bathroom are small, but you have a nice size bedroom with a queen bed and the living room is a nice size with a sleeper sofa and small dinette. The front unit also has a nice fully enclosed front porch with spend a lazy morning with your coffee or a nice afternoon with your favorite beverage.
