Hidden Gem in the Perfect Location

I wasn't originally sure how long I'd be staying here, but 2.5 years later, I'm so grateful I could call this place home! The space feels open and comfortable, especially with multiple rooms for working from home. The hot water and central AC/heat have constantly impressed me. Plus, the backyard has been a daily highlight with lots of sunshine! The location is unbeatable. I walk or bike almost everywhere, and being close to the RTD train to the airport is such a gift. It’s tucked just far enough from the busiest parts of RiNo to feel peaceful while still being close to everything. Linda has been wonderful and a blessing to work with. She is kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding!

Perfect Shotgun Duplex

For a small little duplex this place as a lot of space. Large opening between the living and dining room. With 9' ceilings everywhere that helps make the place feel even bigger than it is. The back room is full of natural light and makes a great workspace! Fenced in backyard for a private place to unwind. Easy access to downtown for work or RINO district for fun.
