Loved this tiny home!

This tiny home was PERFECT! I was in the area for 6 weeks for a clinical rotation for PT school and had a wonderful stay here. I felt safe (especially since I was alone), the hosts are so incredibly kind, and the home had everything I needed. Having my own washer dryer was very convenient as well! Very close to downtown Winter Park and only 20-35 minutes from the theme parks. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Tiny House for Clinical Rotation

I'm currently a full time nurse anesthetist student and needed a place to stay for my 2-month pediatric rotation at Arnold Palmer. C and his wife were very accommodating & quick to respond. The house is clean, renovated, and perfect for one person +\- a significant other. All of the home and electronic appliances worked without trouble. There was only one issue with critters" scurrying in the ceiling but C took immediate action & the exterminator solved everything! Overall, my stay at the Tiny House was a 10/10 and a great location. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in Winter Park, FL

Cannot say enough about this place and the landlords there! Close to downtown Winter Park and Orlando with shopping right around the corner. Now let's get to the place. This tiny home was so comfortable and felt right at home from the second I got there. The bonus was the fenced in backyard and what a great feature that was with my dog! If you love watching movies/shows the place has it all from Netflix, Prime, and Apple TV. Loved this as I am huge into movies. And lastly the landlords C and his family. They were always available when I needed them and are the nicest people that respected my privacy while there. This place I am definitely going to miss as it was honestly the best place I have stayed at so far in my life and I have lived in a lot of places! 5 stars through and through....if you are thinking about booking with them definitely do it! I guarantee you will love it as much as I did

LOCATION! COMFORT! Great for travel nurses

What a great stay! I was a first time travel nurse who was, as many others, intimidated and scared of finding the right place to stay. To start off, Chris and Annette were so welcoming and hospitable. Their instructions and response time was on point. The tiny house is perfect for an individual who needs their privacy or a couple. The "cottage" as I like to call it has all of the comforts a home would need. Plenty of storage, queen bed, comfy small living with a big TV (major bonus), fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials (seasonings, oven & stove, etc.) and washer/dryer. Big big bonus to staying here was being able to have my 2 small dogs stay, great internet speed for my husband who works from home, and the security system. Another great reason why you should stay here is LOCATION! The house is less than a mile from I-4 which makes it super convenient to get around. Winter park and the surrounding area has so much to offer, I'm truly glad I landed upon this place!
