Great Centrally Located Condo

This spacious one bedroom is in a great location close to amazing hiking with easy access to the highway. The gated community is quiet and the grounds are immaculate. The heated pool is a huge bonus! There is a canal path right outside the gate which is great for dog walking or biking. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. Melissa is welcoming and a great communicator. She was available for my questions and had great restaurant suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Spacious One Bedroom by the Canal

Large one-bedroom upstairs apartment with full sized kitchen and a patio. The location is on 7th St and close to the 51 which made it centrally located and easy to get to places all throughout Phoenix. A canal is located right outside the complex gates which is perfect for dog walks, running, and enjoying the two different mountain views. Large bed, plenty of closet and storage space. Washer, Dryer, and dishwasher included. Kitchen has all the trimmings and is a great size. Two TVs and plenty of seating in the living room. The grounds are kept up well with beautiful trees, flowers, and grass. Quiet complex with covered parking and gate codes that work. Owner is quick to respond and addresses any issues quickly.
