Great Location! Convenient to Interstate!

My dog and I stayed in one of the bedrooms on the main floor during my travel assignment. I had a great time with my dog on different walking trails. This location is close to the interstate to get where you need to go. Also, close to stores and different restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here in this quiet neighborhood although my assignment got cancelled! Thank you Jennifer!

The best hostess in Knoxville

I have traveled a lot around the world and have always had good experiences. But without a doubt, my stay with Jennifer has been the best. She is very flexible with dates and personal circumstances. She responds to messages very quickly and is always willing to help. I am a Spanish student, and I felt very safe with her. The house is spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. She even lent me a bicycle! It has a large garage, the area is very quiet, and it is close to bus stops. The price is definitely worth it.

Jennifer was great at responding when questions/problems arose! My husband and I needed a last minute place to live and Jennifer made quick arrangements for us to stay here. We enjoyed the coffee bar and household necessities being provided as well.

Unable to move in, great experience!

I had this place lined up to live in for my internship in the summer and was randomly called by the internship and moved 4 hours away to a new location. Because it was still quite a few months from move in, I was able to receive a refund on my deposit which I am incredibly grateful for. Owner is very kind and quick to respond!

Excellent place to stay

The home owner is super approachable and respond to your request swiftly. She ensures all the guest needs are met and addressed.With excellent security cameras installed around the house, making you feel safe. The house is always kept clean and in order. All you will ever need to cook is at hand (pots, pans, etc). There is Keurig and coffee pods for renters too. The house is near to supermarkets,restaurants, and hospitals.I enjoyed my stay cause it feels like I am home.

Cozy and good location

I adored this place! It had the perfect location and is kept spotless. The host is responsive, she has great design aesthetic, and the neighborhood is safe. The room is cozy. There is plenty of space outside of the bedroom to cook and lounge.

Wonderful Hospitality

This property is in a quiet neighborhood, extremely close to the expressway which is a bonus. The house is cozy and clean. The land lord is very friendly and ready to assist you with anything. I highly recommend this property I will surely stay again when back in Knoxville.
