Screened in pool. Long enough to do laps. Deepest part is around 5 feet, but also family friendly walk in area. Heated from Oct to April, but who really needs it heated? Youre in Florida!

David and Josephine welcomed me to their home and treated me like family. I travel a lot for work and stayed with them for 3 months. They're very generous to their tenants but due to my circumstances, I had to leave their place earlier than I thought but wished to stay more because it was like living with friends and they're very easy to talk to! Would 10/10 recommend to anybody who needs a comfortable place to stay and they'll take care of you!

Sarah was an amazing tenant. She fit in great with Josephine and I. Wish she could have stayed longer with us, as she was more like a daughter than a tenant. She and my wife are Asian, and always had things to talk about. Recipes of Asian food were a lot of the topics. We will really miss her a lot when she leaves us. Almost forgot. She is also writing a book. Hope I get to read it sometime. Good luck with your future, and we wish you the best.

A Perfect Place to Stay

I can't say enough about the hospitality and friendliness of David and Jo. They are so accommodating and friendly. They have treated me like family. The room is quiet and comfortable with closet space and a dresser. You have your own private bathroom with all the amenities and toiletries included. But that's not all! You are free to use the living room, the lanai, the kitchen and pretty much the rest of the house. David and Jo are very friendly and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Don't be surprised if they invite you to have dinner with them. Yet, they allow you your privacy and alone time. All in all, this is a perfect place to stay. I would give it 6 out of 5 stays if I could. Thank you David and Jo for a wonderful place to land and stay as I moved my life down to Florida. I'll miss you both!

Another great tenant who also became a close friend. Conrad came down from Chicago. We promised him the room, and gave up 2 other tenants who wanted the room. I told him the room was his, and never asked for a deposit to hold it. I am a man of my word. We kept in contact through out the wait, and were glad we did wait. A retired teacher who has found his on place close by after staying with us for 3 months. Glad he stayed close by, as im sure we will stay in contact.

Excellent Place for either short term or long term

The owners are very easy to work with and the place is very clean and quiet. Whenever I needed something the response was very quick even when they were out of town. They are very nice people and I would certainly recommend the room to anyone who was seeking are room.

D was one of our longest staying tenants for over a year. He worked from the room at his job, and required a strong internet service. Any problems that would occur when he was here, was taken care of as soon as possible, and he understood the issues. We would talk occasionally about football and politics, and agreed on most issues. He always paid at the first of the month with no problems. Anyone that would take him on as a tenant is doing very well.Thank you D.

Excellent room and people to live with

I needed a place to stay while I was starting my new job in southwest Florida and found this room through Furnished Finder. The owners were very friendly and answered all my questions on the first call. The room and bathroom are exactly as described, comes with everything that is needed, and very clean! They are very accommodating and are happy to work with you and your situation. Communication is strong and they are not afraid to speak out when something is bothering them and support the same from the tenant. Location is great with access to a community pool (3 minute walk), Publix (3 minute drive), I-75 (5 minute drive), and Bonita beach (20 minutes away). All in all, an excellent place to stay and I am happy that found these lovely people & room.
