Great house and wonderful hosts!

My husband and I stayed in the upstairs unit and absolutely loved our time here. Great location: 15 minutes to downtown Nashville and the airport. The house is very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities of home. A fully renovated kitchen, cozy living room with a nice TV, two large bedrooms, and a private washer and dryer are included. There is spacious parking. Great price for 1300 square feet of space. Cindy and John were great hosts: if we needed anything, they responed immediately. We highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.

I have been a travel nurse for 4 years and stayed in numerous environments. From hotel suites, Air BNBs to even a camper. I have to say from the moment my husband, puppy and I arrived at C and J's, we were met with nothing short of kindness, a helpful hand and very comfortable amenities. They have truly respected our privacy but have been there immediately if something was needed. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone traveling to Nashville to book a stay with Maison Management.

Cozy and spacious with great owners!

This space was perfect for my 2 kitties and I! Plenty of living and storage space with comfortable beds, a new washer and dryer, and tons of natural light. It's also great for safety with ring cameras and outdoor lights, and the keyless entry was extremely convenient. The best part of my stay was the property owner C and family! I had a less than ideal experience at first between snow storms, a rough travel assignment, getting Covid, and car troubles, but C was always so helpful and understanding, and became a friend! On the rough days it was so nice to come back to a space that felt like home, and it was an all around great experience to stay here.

My roommate and I have loved it here! It is a perfect location between Brentwood and Nashville, and not too far from Franklin. The property owners are friendly and kind. Big kitchen. New washer/dryer, nice furniture, big flat-screen TV in the living room WITH streaming subscriptions! Unfortunately, the windows don't open so it's hard to get fresh air. The heating/cooling system is a bit wonky but it sounds like that issue is going to get resolved! Amazing water pressure! All the rooms are the perfect size. There are sirens and road noise lots of the time (but this is my first time living in a city, so that's probably normal!). The ceilings above (floors for upstairs) are quite creaky. So, if you're a light-sleeper, beware! Otherwise, noise from upstairs is not an issue. Lots of power outlets in convenient spots. Overall, a wonderful experience! I have loved living here and am so excited for the people who move in next!
