APT 3

This apt was a great place for me and my dog. The location was perfect and close to LA Gen. It's located just south of Korea Town and close to freeway on and off ramps but not close enough to hear it. Neighborhood is pretty quiet for LA and close by food, grocery stores, and gas stations. The apartment was very roomy and spacious with 3 ceiling fans with a portable A/C unit that kept the place surprisingly cool. My only complaint was that here wasn't a washer and dryer in the general area, but not a big deal for me. Overall a great find and Araceli was a great host and was easy to get a hold of, especially when there's an issue. I highly recommend her places and would love to stay there again if I get another contract in the LA again.

Great Stay

This is a great place to stay. The unit is nice and clean. Spacious and comes with everything you would need. The location is about 10-15 minutes from anywhere you'd need to go. Walkable neighborhood with many eateries. I enjoyed my extended stay here and would stay again or recommended to anyone I know looking.

Great place!

This space was so nice and felt very homey! All the furniture and decor was lovely, this spot was a great find, I always felt safe here. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchenware was very useful as I love to cook, the AC unit kept the apartment cool & comfortable during the hot summer months. Having parking was a huge plus, along with being in a quiet area. I had no issues the entire 3 months I was here, and the host was amazing! She was always available if I needed her. Im very happy with my stay!

Great experience

This was my first experience using furnished finder and I was so nervous to be honest, but A was fantastic. She was so sweet and nice from the very beginning. I loved the location and surrounding area. The unit/property was kept very nice. Overall great experience. Thank you again

Good experience

This was my first furnished apt experience. I was very pleased with my stay. The landlord is always available to assist and is very kind! The location is also very central to everywhere which was a plus!

Great apartment for a long stay!

This is a great one-bedroom unit. I absolutely love the way it is furnished, and it has everything a solo traveler would need. A was quick to respond anytime I needed something. The walls are thin, but that is to be expected in an older building. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

An honest review

The location itself is pretty neat. Close to places like west Hollywood, Venice beach and Santa Monica, there are places to explore. The landlord, a few incidences: I stayed in the summer and the apartment gets very hot, the ceiling fans did not help. Bedroom fan 1 lightbulb and clicking sound when turned on. On move in, landlord promised a standing AC, did not arrive till the next week. Told landlord the AC didn't cool the apartment very much, she had me trouble shoot myself. It was still very hot. Said would bring another AC for the bedroom, this never happened. Didn't put wall AC because she did not like how it looks. There was a spider issue, she ordered a spray to spray the apartment myself. No laundry available, Landlord offered a fluff and fold service. All of my clothes in a batch, including 3 pairs of figs, bed sheets, gym wear etc. stained. She told me I gave her the clothes already stained, they weren't, and did nothing about it. Has a rude mannerism. I moved out ASAP.
