This studio was very exceptional in many ways. It was very spacious, neighborhood friendly, peace and quiet. Its definitely a place to come and revisit again.

Quiet, Clean Studio

Like the landlord stated, Nice, clean, and quiet on top of that it has a stove for cooking and washer and dryer which worked out for me perfectly. Im a refinery worker and all of these accomodations where awesome just what i was looking for.

Very nice little apartment in a good location near a lot of stores. Good people who try to give you anything you need. They even took the time to tell me some places I may want to go visit around California.

So many perks!! Very nice and cozy, not to mention clean! The owners are so kind and attentive to your needs! Privacy included! The neighborhood is safe and good walking distance to a lot of places, including John Muir concord! Quiet and tucked away! You will not be disappointed! Would def come back!

Felt so close to home

My stay at this property felt so close to staying at home. Ive never traveled this far from home before. And they made sure it was a delight staying at this property. The LL and family are the best! Theyre so welcoming, loving, and accommodating. We spent countless hours talking, sharing meals, and stories from our cultures. Id recommend any HCP traveling to the East Bay Area to try to rent from this family. They really made my stay rememberable. Honestly, Ill never forget their kindness and generosity.

great place to stay

studio is a bright open space. Very comfortable, located in a quiet area that is still close to major freeways. Hosts are amazing, always ready to address any needs or concerns as quickly as possible, and always warm and friendly. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a place to stay while working far from home.

Wonderful Stay

This property is the perfect short term rental. It has a kitchen with a stove and oven and washer and dryer. I worked a travel assignment on night shift and the property was very quiet and peaceful for sleeping during the day. The owners were so kind and responded very quickly whenever I needed anything!

The property is very well maintained, the apt is a hidden gem behind the owners home , very quiet and safe . It has everything a traveller needs , a kitchen a, washer /dryer . The owners are very accommodating and wonderful people . It has been such a pleasure to be able to stay here , they truly made me feel welcome . Highly recommend . Heather
