Convenient, Communicative and Friendly Owner

J and A were kind and responsive. Unit has a freshly renovated bathroom and capable kitchen. Quick walks to the AC line, multiple Citibike docks, a very nice grocery store, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Fantastic value.

A landlord with a Golden heart

Excellent location. Well connected to subway and other means of transportation. Supermarkets close by. The house is on 3rd floor and one needs to climb. Fully furnished and very neatly kept. It had the biggest bathroom I ever saw in NY. Very spacious. Landlord is a very kind professional. Anyone who stays there is likely to have peace of mind.

Great home!

Great spot in Bedstuy and close to several NYC hospitals/express train (A line) to Manhattan. My husband and I were meant to be here for ~3 months and ended up staying 10 months. The place is a nice size for a studio with a great kitchen and huge bathroom. J is easy to communicate with and flexible when we were not sure of our move out date. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment had everything I needed in one of the best parts of Bedstuy. J made everything super easy for me and was quick to follow up with me with any questions I had. 10/10

I had a great stay in this unit! All essential things that a travel nurse could need is included. J has been a great landlord as he made sure that any of my problems or concerns were taken care of. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a quiet and relatively safe area.

Beautiful apartment in Brooklyn. I had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and very private. The owner and is staff was very helpful and friendly, they made sure that our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here, very warm and welcoming!
