Not recommended for couple

We stayed at this property for three months as a family of three, we have a 4 year old son. Before the time of move-in we were told the house would be landscaped and will be good, but when we came it was all a junkyard and dry grass field, and stone work going on since we moved disturbed our privacy. Summer made it much worse. Moreover, the sound of toucan shouting often, unleashed dogs (a black and brown dog) going loose around the property was a threat. Luckily my son was not around when this happened. The patio was not properly maintained, the bush was full of spider webs and rats infested. We even saw raccoon or some type of a animal and ensure to keep door locked at night. S and G were nice hosts, but they haven't returned the refundable deposit of $250 which we paid them before move-in. They haven't even bothered to return our email or calls requesting this amount or balance. We are glad to be in better place now, without privacy concerns.
