Private, quiet retreat in a very quiet neighborhood. Relax by the bay window looking out on a large oak tree where deer often graze. The oak tree and surrounding area is lit at dusk. This unit is the ground floor of the home with its own private entrance. Dedicated washer and dryer and full-size fridge are available for the retreat.

Scenic Skyline Forest
I had the pleasure of staying here. Mrs Dawn, the landlord surprised me with a home made berry cobbler. She was awesome! very helpful and prompt to any needs. Enjoyed my stay very much. Perfectly located right in the middle of Monterey Del Monte mall shopping center. Also just a 15 min drive to point lobos.

Quiet and comfortable
The property is quiet and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful with easy access to surrounding towns. D was always available when needed however provided privacy.

Location, views, privaxy
This is an amazing place. The location is unreal, as you drove to work you can see the entire Monterey bay, walk to the coveted 17 mile drive And experience Monterey as a local. Plenty of privacy and quiet. I worked night shift and was never woken up by the owners or anyone else. This place is my favorite by far of any Ive stayed while travel nursing. And price is unreal for the area.

The Perfect, Quiet Retreat!
This property was an absolute godsend during my stay in Monterey! After having an unpleasant experience with another renter, D made me feel extremely comfortable all while respecting my privacy and space. The property is so serene and quiet, nestled at the top of a hill in the forest with an amazing view. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. D is extremely friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. The property comes with all of the amenities you could ever want like a large comfortable bed, TV, large closet, kitchenette, and bathroom. I have really enjoyed my stay here! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!

The ideal getaway
This room was far and above my expectations for staying in Monterey. As a traveler is was very quiet and relaxing on my days off I loved just laying around. It is ideal for different schedules as there is a private entrance and bathroom located in the unit for use. There are other great emenities including off street parking and in unit washer and dryer. Along with that the owner was always helpful and available with anything I might need or have questions about. I don't think that I could have had a better expericece if I tried. I would recommend this place to a friend with no hesitation.
