Great Stay

I stayed in this cottage from Jan 2025-Sept 2025 and my stay was great. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to my questions and requests. It's a very private cottage situated towards the back of their home. Quiet and clean, and in the heart of normal heights. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. If you need a short-term or longer term rental, this is the place!

Perfect cottage!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming one-bedroom detached cottage for a month, and it was an incredible experience. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The cottages proximity to the main street was ideal. Just a short walk away, I found an array of bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. Whether I was in the mood for a cozy caf, a trendy new eatery, or a relaxing yoga session, everything I needed was within easy reach. The areas liveliness added a wonderful energy to my stay, but the cottage itself remained a tranquil haven. The interior was tastefully decorated, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. The bedroom was a comfortable retreat with ample storage space. The amenities were spot-on for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was crucial for both work and leisure. The cottage also boasted 2 private outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evenings. I hope to return soon!

Amazing cottage!

Enjoyed staying here for my contract! Very cute and cozy detached cottage, unit was super clean and spacious enough for myself as a solo traveler. Street parking right out front was never an issue, street was quiet (I worked nights). My contract was at Kaiser SD Medical Center, was about a 12-15 minute drive so not bad. Unit was close to everything I wanted/needed including Downtown SD (10 minutes) and plenty of grocery stores. Took about 15 minutes to get to the beaches, 20 minutes to La Jolla. Landlords are great people, really look out for you. I loved staying here for my 20 week contract and would recommend!!

Beautiful, brand new, high quality

Beautiful, brand new, high quality space. The girls spent a lot of time and attention to detail putting this place together. Its absolutely beautiful and cozy. 2 wonderful patio spaces out front and behind to hang out. Theyre around if you need them, and not if you dont : )

Charming Cottage

Gorgeous decorating details! This cottage was filled with every item I needed for a comfortable, quiet and efficient home away from home. Ive stayed in many temp places and this one is by far my favourite. The price is a deal for what you get! I saw places this big for much more. The hosts are incredibly friendly, so accommodating and helpful. Spacious, private, super-clean indoors with two outdoor areas for relaxing on my days off. I loved the garden area. Plants blooming all year round, even in December when I was there. Centrally located so I could zip off to see all the major sights and beaches within 15minutes. Super convenient walk down the street to grocery, shopping, restaurant and some of the best bars/clubs in San Diego. I hope Ill be back to stay again sometime soon.
