Great place

Was perfect for my summer internship. Ashley was super great to work with and even helped to modify the lease to fit. My needs of length would recommend to anybody. Place was super clean, had everything I needed, and was central to all the spots.

The cutest space, in the PRIME San Marco neighborhood

This property was absolutely perfect for my contract at Baptist Health. It's a beautiful walk, and a great 5-6 minutes of sun before hitting the hospital. A and R are absolutely fantastic, and responsive hosts. They were great, and the space was even better. This place is extremely safe, and the long term tenants there are all very nice, and it's super quiet around there. Quick little 2 minute walk to a near river, it's gorgeous. Beach is a quick drive. This place is by far the best value, location, and aesthetic of interior of the unit. I would happily stay again.

A Cozy, Quiet and Comfy stay!

I had a really comfortable stay in this apartment! Its clean, cozy, quiet, close to the hospitals, and in the cutest neighborhood. I was especially grateful for the full kitchen and bathtub! Theres 3 small parks nearby as well, all with great views of the river where I would frequently walk my dog, and it feels safe!! Ashley is a great host, she was super communicative, made sure we had everything we needed, and was just very kind and accommodating. I really couldnt have found a better accommodation during my time in Jax. I recommend staying here, youll thank yourself! :)

Splendid studio with magnificent waterfront.

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It is the perfect place to be at peace without constant noise or distractions. Being a night shift worker, it was vital for me to get the quality sleep I needed and function properly. It is also great for day shift workers since the night is also very quiet. Ashley was always on top of things making sure my concerns were taking care of in a timely manner. She had the upmost respect for my space and privacy. I would definitely recommend this studio. A+++ all around!

Nice Studio in Great Location

I stayed here for a few months for an internship and it was perfect for what I needed. It is in a great location and walkable or nearby to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It came very furnished and included utilities, private parking, microwave, stove, oven, TV, coffee maker, bed, two dressers, loveseat, table, dishes, and utensils. The hostess A is very nice, helpful, and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. Greenscape Celebration Park is right down the street and has some great views of sunset. Some spots I would recommend are Aspire Church San Marco, Jacksonville Beach, Breezy Jazz House, Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, Cuba Libre Bar, Jacksonville Arboretum, and Hyde Park Golf Club. The only drawback I had here was no washer/dryer, however I used Wash and Go Laundromat on Atlantic Blvd and it was easy and affordable. You can preload money onto a card and just swipe that when you wash and dry. They also have a drop off service for convenience, but I just did mine myself and swung by when I was nearby at the gym or grocery store. Speaking of, there is a planet fitness, Walmart, and Publix nearby. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, walkable, nice, and safe place to call home for however long that might be.

Lovely Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

The San Marco Studio has everything you will need for a short or long-term stay and it is located in one of Jacksonville's coolest areas. It is in a walkable neighborhood with quick access to businesses, healthcare, and nightlife. The studio is comfortable and not cluttered with a full kitchen, comfortable bed and bedding, loveseat and more!! Wifi works great if you are working remotely or need to catch up on emails, etc. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and the property and common areas are well kept. Love the parking spot right outside the door!!

Grateful for a safe place centrally located to Memorial Hospital. Clean property with everything a travel nurse could possibly need. Walking distance to San Marco village. A definite do again if ever assigned in Jacksonville.
