6 mo. Stay at the quiet casita

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. We travel with our 2 corgis who also enjoyed the big yard to play in. The space was great and we loved having 2 full bathrooms. It's private and quiet. You're 10-15 minutes from everything. Raquel was responsive and available. I would definitely recommend this place if you're needing a place to stay while working in ABQ.

This is a quirky, quaint, and calm home. The landlord was great too. There were a couple of things needing fixed at first and then issues with the plumbing right before I left but the landlord was quick to fix everything! The neighborhood is nice too neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves.

Great Experience!

My wife and I rented the Cozy Adobe Casita for several months and had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as shown on the listing, roomy and bright and thoughtfully furnished. Casita was stocked with all the essentials, so we felt comfortable and at home from the first day. We didn't have a dog with us, but the spacious yard would be perfect for a pup, with adequate fencing and gated driveway. The front porch faces north, allowing us to enjoy peaceful sunrises and sunsets with a lovely view of the mountains. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors, and felt completely safe. Owner was great to work withvery responsive to questions, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. As first-time users of Furnished Finder, we also appreciated that she uses FF's verification tools, so we felt totally comfortable during the application process. We had a great experience at the Cozy Casita and would not hesitate to rent this property again!

The house is very cute and comfortable. It is small but adequate in every way with a grassy backyard for our Labrador. There is also a nice porch in the front yard for hanging out. Both the front yard and back yard are fenced, which allows our dog some wandering space. The street is fairly quiet, and the neighborhood has lots of interesting amenities, and is near a good library (Los Griegos), Flying Star, and La Montanita Coop. We walk our dog on the ditch, as well as at Grecian Park, only 4 minutes away, which has access to an open space area. The landlady is attentive to addressing problems. She herself is a traveling health professional but makes sure that problems are attended to in a timely manner. This is our second summer staying in the house because we like it so much.
