Wonderful host and room!

Had an amazing time here! Gale was an amazing host! So sweet and very reasonable with her rules. Im a night shifter and she was extremely accommodating to my hours, her house was very clean, overall a wonderful stay!

Great Experience

I really enjoyed my stay with Paige! She was very welcoming and the location/price was a major plus. I felt safe in her home and she was extremely kind throughout my stay! If I ever live in Tulsa again, I would easily choose her to be my landlord a second time!

Great place to rent a room

I lived with Paige for a year in the upstairs rental space. The upstairs room is huge, with your own living room and bathroom. The bathroom space is small, but the size of the other two spaces make up for it. Never had any issues with the neighborhood. Paige is very kind and is always willing to accommodate anything you need. She provides everything you need to stay for a long period of time which was helpful as I moved from out of state. I highly recommend :)

Unreasonable Living Restrictions, False Accusations, and Threats

This landlord refused to sign a written lease agreement, using the lack of a contract to enforce arbitrary, unlisted rules and change them at will. The living restrictions were unreasonable and included:1. Forbidding the use of a space heater unless outdoor temperatures dropped below 25°F. 2. Demanding all bath and bedtime routines be completed by 10:00 PM (strict lights-out/quiet time).

Home away from home.

First off, a wonderful and kind landlady, P was homey and respectful and very helpful. The house is warm, quiet and cozy and other occupants were respectful and friendly. The room itself was a clean and cozy room with a comfortable bed. The house was always clean, anything that goes bad or is OS is quickly fixed and replaced/restocked. I really enjoyed my 9 month stay and had a great time. I have no complaints and had no issues with anyone. The neighborhood is safe and one can get to anywhere easily from there.
