Perfect place to stay

Christina is a fantastic landlord. Quick communication and very respectful person. Her cottage is tight, but comfortable. There is a mini fridge and freezer which held just enough for the week with a small kitchen suitable for small cooking projects. As others have noted, the bed is extremely comfortable. As a neighbor Christina is quiet and considerate. I would run into her and her family in passing and would always have very pleasant conversations. The unit is just a short walk/drive to a shopping center with both whole foods and safeway with some other major restaurants. one of my favorite weekend activities was to walk the 1ish mile into downtown Redwood City and explore cafes and restaurants (Zareen's is great!). I highly recommend Christina's unit if you need a small spot to spend the evenings after work!

Peaceful Hideaway

I stayed at C's place for almost two years. I started out as a traveler and kept extending until finally signing on with the hospital I was at. I figured I would eventually venture out for an apartment, but there really was no need. I had everything I needed, a quiet environment, ideal location and most importantly, the best landlord. We became friends over the time I spent there and C is really one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever met. The place is just as pictured and perfect for one person. Has all the appliances you could want, beautiful shower with a rain head and the garden is amazing and well kept. It really is a private little oasis and if you are looking for somewhere, this is it. The dates only let me put one year, but I stayed there from March 23 until Jan 25. The only reason I left was that I took a job out of state. Thank you C for everything! I already miss you.

THE BEST!

By far the best housing experience Ive had since being in California. C's place is exactly as pictured, clean, organized, amenities included. House was in a very safe family friendly neighborhood,Great privacy. C was extremely friendly and respectful and laid back, made you feel like you were home away from home. Very quick to respond with any questions and concerns. Absolutely zero complaints. Would highly recommend her property to anyone needing a place in the Redwood City area.

Bright studio in Mount Carmel neighborhood

C was a great host. Always available if I needed anything or had questions about hikes, restaurants, hair salons etc. I called the day before move-in to see if I could move-in a day early and she graciously accommodated. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. The studio and yard are just as photos show and all the amenities were great. Was a little nervous how comfortable a Murphy bed would be, for me it was very comfortable. I worked at Lucile Packard hospital and it was about 15 min drive depending on traffic. When I come back to LP, I hope the studio is available. Thanks for everything S.

Cozy, modern, clean, and safe! Amazing property owner!

Great location and very safe! C has been wonderful. The grounds are very clean and up to date. It feels very private and it's quiet. I love having coffee near the back porch in the mornings! It's a small studio but there's lots of room for storage and it also has a washer and dryer (and AC)! I was skeptical about the murphy bed being comfortable but it's actually very comfy! The neighbors are also very nice. C and her neighbors had me over for Thanksgiving and it was lovely. Most importantly, it feels very safe and secure. I worked at Stanford and it was a straight shot drive. About 18 minutes with traffic and roughly 15 minutes without traffic. There's also a private parking spot. C is very honest and transparent and I love how well she communicates! She's so kind and empathetic as well. I honestly couldn't have had a better spot for my assignment here!

Lovely Studio Apartment

This homey studio is perfect for one person. Nicely decorated, clean, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable! Quiet area but a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. C. is a great host. She is always welcoming, kind, and attentive if any issues arise. I loved living here during my assignment in the Bay Area!

Backyard Oasis

This cozy studio was perfect for a Bay Area assignment! It was close to work but even better, youre just over the hills to the beach or up the highway to the city. Christina is an amazing host!!
