Amazing Cozy Studio

I loved my stay at this cozy studio. It has everything you need, and it's in a great location. I loved the privacy that it provided, and how safe I felt here. Chazz is great, very accomodating! I highly recommend this studio to any solo traveling professional!

Great location in Berkeley

I stayed here for 3 months and I enjoyed my stay here! Chazz (landlord) was easily accessible and able to accommodate any needs you may have. This studio is quite the vibe, from a spacious waterfall shower to granite counter tops with installed lights in it; this place was exactly what I needed to de-stress after a long day of work. Parking is easily assessable as well, in the driveway or on the street has ample parking. If I return to the East Bay, I will definitely make sure to stay here again!

Cozy & Relaxing for short Stay

Nice, quiet and comfortable to relax after a long shift. The simplicity of the place was welcoming. Landlord was very easy going and instructions during check-in and check-out were straightforward. The prompt response to texts were also accomdating during my stay. I highly recommend this studio for the very busy professional looking for quiet lodging.

Nice neighborhood

Apartment is clean, friendly neighborhood, and you get responses pretty quickly from the landlord. Would rent here again if I was in Oakland again.

My stay at Chazz's place was great! 1. Communication: Chazz always responds to my text super fast and addresses all my concerns timely 2. The location: this cute little studio has the BEST location. 15 minutes walk to Temescal district, 20 minutes to Berkeley Bowl, 2 parks surround for your casual day/weekend picnic, the liquor store around the corner has the best beer selections, safe and friendly neighborhood. 3. The place: it came furnished as pictured. EVERYTHING was provided. This was my first time doing traveling PT, so I didn't know what I should or shouldn't pack. Turn out, staying at Chazz's place, I only needed to pack my clothes. The place is real quiet and so convenient to have a washer/dryer there. My favorite part of the place is their rug, the softest! High recommended staying at his place! Will for sure return to this place the next time I take an assignment in Oakland/Berkeley region
