Great place and owner!

My son lived here while going to school. The location is fantastic, the unit was perfect for his needs and offered him his own privacy. It had everything needed in the unit and it was quiet. Rondi was always responsive and available if needed. She was great to work with while he was trying to figure out his schooling. I can honestly say this unit was an awesome find.

clean, cozy, well appointed

R's place was perfect for my needs. Clean, cozy, fast internet and really close to one of the most interesting parts of Denver. Oh, the hot tub in the backyard is a really nice feature, too. The kitchenette was surprisingly capable and the space had everything I needed for my stay. R was always available and extremely helpful. Would stay again.

Nice little apartment.

It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Laundromat is not too far down the street. Quite neighborhood. I never had trouble finding parking near the house. It's your own private place. The landlord is quick to respond and very understanding and reasonable.
