Perfect Location at the Heart of North Park

I had an incredible experience staying at this condo at the heart of North Park! The location couldn't be better. Steps away from endless restaurants , bars, coffee shops, various stores and a Target and and Vons's. Easy access to highway, making most major spots in San Diego an easy commute of only 10-15 minutes on average. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The host went above and beyond to make my move seamless and stress-free, thinking of every little detail to make me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-thought-out stay in one of San Diegos best neighborhoods!

Great Option in North Park

I had an awesome time staying in Alison's place for ~4 months after first moving to San Diego. Amazing location right in downtown North Park, clean condo, underground parking, gym, full-size washer-dryer, newly updated bathroom. Plus, Alison was a responsive and great landlord. I would've stayed longer if it was available. Highly recommend.

Great condo in awesome area!

We have been staying here since the end of April and love it! I'm sad we will be leaving soon! The area is great, North Park is so fun and full of great places to eat, breweries, adorable shops, and great wall murals throughout the neighborhood! It's extremely close to Balboa Park & the zoo and just a quick drive into downtown. The condo itself is great, the wifi works well, the decor is great and feels very homey. There is a gym here with a sauna, it's open 5am-10pm that has cable machines and a dumbbell set. The condo has a nice hot tub here for residents to use. Also it has a washer dryer in the unit which has been wonderful. The condo is walking distance to Target, there is a coffee shop also in walking distance, everything I need! It has a big city (you can walk to everything) but neighborhood vibe and I'm so glad I was able to live like this at least once in my lifetime. The owners are very friendly and get back in a timely manner concerning any needs. 10/10 would recommend!
