Loved this house!

We loved staying here! Juanita was a fantastic landlord. She was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions or issues. The house was in a great location: close to Truman, the hospital, downtown, Midtown, and several grocery stores, which made everything really convenient. One of our favorite features was the sunroom, it doubled as a perfect home office and a relaxing spot to unwind. Plus, it was just a short walk to a super cute caf on Waters Ave, which became one of our go-to spots. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Highly recommend staying here!

excellent accommodation

We had an excellent month staying in Juanita's home for the month of December. The house is exceptionally well equipped and felt very much like home to us. The neighborhood is very close to a beautiful park and we frequently walked its perimeter both in the daytime and after dark and always felt safe. Juanita is kind and friendly and very generous. We would highly recommend her home!

healthcare traveler

This place was perfect for what I was looking for. I'm a healthcare traveler and was looking for place that would be relaxing and quiet that was close to the hospital. This place has all of that to offer. Literally 5 mins away from hospital and peaceful. The neighbors were nice and it also has a huge backyard that is fenced in that worked perfectly since I travel with my dog. The landlord was very easy to work with and was on top of anything and everything if I needed her. Really nice family to rent from and I highly recommend them. The inside was furnished nicely as well. Highly recommended!

Kind Hosts and Convenient Location

We travelled to Savannah for work at the hospitals and had a nice stay. Our pup was happy and we were less than 10 minutes from everything we needed in the city. The property aslo has great WiFi which was important for video calls and being able to work from home.

Perfect size and location

This place was perfect for my stay. Very conveniently located to the hospitals and not a far drive to River district at all. My wife and kids came to visit and we were still comfortable. Easty drive to Tybee island as well. Bonus is Daffin Park is within walking distance. J and her husband were great hosts. I would stay here again if I was to work in Savannah again.

Fantastic place to stay

This property was wonderful to stay at. It was clean and well maintained. The Host J was very responsive and quick to be helpful. The House is very close to shopping centers and restaurants and not far from Memorial University Hospital. It was also not far from River street and the downtown area as a whole. only a 15 minute drive usually. I went to Tybee island plenty of time and even the nature reserve area which was close too. If youre looking for a nice place to stay in Savannah for an extended period of time, I very highly recommend this house.

Convenient location and thoughtful amenities

The distance to Memorial Health was unbeatable! The house is quite charming with a Sleep Number bed, soft sheets,new washer/dryer, a sun room with excellent natural light and great amenities such as soap, detergent, coffee, tea, spices and a few snacks. Located a few blocks from Daffin Park which has free tennis courts and a cushioned track for walking/running. Nice neighbors and close to shopping and downtown. J, quickly addressed any concerns I had to make me feel at home. Great place!

Wonderful property and owner!

This little house was just perfect for my temporary housing needs! Comfortably furnished through out. Master bedroom has a great sleep number bed, second bedroom has bunkbeds, and third bedroom/office/sunroom has a comfortable futon perfect for having friends or family come visit while staying in Savannah. Just about anything you might need for a short or extended stay is provided which made my stay feel much less like a temporary living type situation. My two large dogs were wonderfully welcomed and after an initial walk of the very large fully fenced backyard, the property owner returned to better secure an area of part of the fence that she felt might be jumpable by a large dog and I so appreciated it. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and near hospitals, restaurants, grocers large and small, downtown, and Tybee Island is about a 20 minute drive. If you are in need of a home away from home or new to town and still looking for your forever home at a great value, this is the place!
