Clean, safe, amazing location

This property is located in a very safe neighborhood next to a park and school. Very close to several bus routes and walkable to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I worked at Swedish First Hill and took a 8min bus ride from a stop 2min walk from the property. Apartment itself is well kept, my unit had the roof top deck which had the most amazing views of the sunrise. A was an amazing landlord, always quick to respond and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I ever take another contract in Seattle!!

Cozy Loft Perfection!

So comfy and well appointed. In a quaint walkable residential area. A+ location to CapHill hospitals, literally 6 min to my parking garage. I felt more at home than i did at home! Its a DO!

Beautiful Rainier Views

J court place was amazing. Wonderful walkable location and enjoyed my time there. Clean! The big windows are amazing and the fall leaves outside them were so pretty this time of year. The view from the rooftop deck is amazing. Beautiful sunsets and a view of Rainier. Had all the items we needed for an easy stay. Easy street parking.

Look no further

The place has everything you need. Its close to everything. I used public transportation to get to and from work at VM and it was a breeze. The landlords are great and help with anything. When I get back to Seattle, this is my place.

5 stars for this rental! Excellent place to live while doing a travel assignment. This place has everything you need to live comfortably and its safe place to live. I worked at Swedish First Hill, took the bus and it was just a 10 minute bus ride. Safeway is within walking distance, Trader Joe's and Anytime Fitness is a 15 minute walk. There are many coffee shops and restaurant also within walking distance. The rental unit had its own washer/dryer, small kitchen with a stove and microwave oven, enough to cook a simple meal or heating up. I usually found parking in front or within a block away. The manager, A, was easy to reach out and will respond for any concerns. I never had problems with package delivery as it was usually placed at my door or sometimes placed near the lockers. Highly recommend this place!

Apartment Review

My best friend and I stayed at this property for four months while we were working as travel nurses in Seattle. We loved renting this apartment and had the best experience as first time travel nurses. Our landlord, A, was wonderful; very professional, informative, and reliable. We rented the apartment furnished and Amanda made the newly renovated apartment feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail was impeccable and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. We loved being in the Capitol Hill neighborhood as it always felt safe and quiet. Restaurants, bars, and parks were easily accessible and the neighborhood was great for walking my dog. The fenced in yard was also a huge perk as it made our city apartment feel private. Street parking was never an issue; spots were always available within one block of the apartment. Overall, we loved staying at this property and are excited for others to enjoy this beautiful apartment in the future :)

Great stay

Property is well-kept, modern furnishings, was a comfortable stay. Property manager is very kind and easy to work with! Would recommend to other travel nurses staying for a lengthy time, close enough to the big city but tucked away on a quiet city street.

Loved the Studio

Loved this studio! The property managers were very responsive and kind. The place was in a great location walking distance to grocery stores and more. It was also a very dog friendly area. I always felt safe walking my dog around the neighborhood, even at night!

Beautiful unit in Seattle

Beautiful well-furnished property in a convenient location, close to my hospital and walking distance to the grocery and many good restaurants. My property manager A has been very communicative and super accommodating when it comes to maintaining my current housing for contract extensions. Overall, very happy I chose this place for my time in Seattle.

Amazing studio

Great property! Exactly what you need on a travel assignment. This is my 6th assignment, and this is the best place I have lived. Dryer/washer, dishwasher, furnished, within walking distance of shops/restaurants. I worked at Swedish First hill and at UW during this assignment. My commute was only 10 minutes both ways. If I am ever back in Seattle I would love to rent here again! Everything is new/ modern and clean. There is a bike rack, small little patio outside and I have had a seamless stay. Would highly recommend
