This type of apartment (and with this type of price I might add) is not something you find that often, so I jumped on the opportunity to rent. Boy, am I glad I did. I watched neighbors and friends struggle to land mediocre apartments at sky-high prices, and all I could think was how lucky I was to land this cozy hideout. The layout is simple, clean, and perfect for working individuals who need a place to lay their heads at night and a kitchen to prepare a meal. This apartment is located in the beating heart of Dallas, with close proximity to theaters, museums, art centers, and all the culture you can imagine. It's a great space for anyone wanting a getaway that's conveniently located near some of the best features of Dallas.
