Definitely Recommend

This property had everything I was looking for! Perfect for short term or long term work traveler. Excellent area. Minutes from Northside Hospital. Safe and secure property. Gated entrance/exit. Ample parking including garage parking. Many restaurants, Target, Whole Foods and easy access to interstate just a couple minutes down the road. Hiking on Indian Trail/Chattahoochee nearby. The apartment itself was perfect. Spacious, clean, updated, well supplied. Overlooks the pool. Amazing gym onsite, just steps away. Host is a 10/10. He was always available and helpful. Quick to reply to all questions. Would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay here again the next time Im in Atlanta!

My favorite stay!

Ive been a travel nurse for 2 years with atl being my 8th assignment and this was by far my most favorite place Ive stayed. This apartment is central to everything you could need on your days off and so close to Scottish Rite and Northside hospitals. The area was safe, I never had any issues with car vandalization or any packages being mishandled/stolen. D, the landlord, was above and beyond.. he was always helpful, friendly and readily available to offer any help/suggestions. The apartment itself is so cute, it had all the amenities and both of the beds were so comfy. I plan to take another assignment in ATL and will definitely be renting from D again.

AMAZING STAY FOR 5 MONTHS

The place looked exactly like it appeared in pictures. Had appropriate cookware that we needed (we also travel with some of our own things). Gas stove which was great. Everything was clean and worked appropriately. No real issues with neighbors. Parking was never an issue. Bedrooms had nice closets, living room provided a spacious couch, everything was comfortable. If we needed anything, the property Owner was very nice, accommodating and responded quickly. Area had everything you really needed since it is off a main road. Honestly a great experience. Would stay here again if I ever come back to work in Atlanta.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 months and it has been one of my best experiences in the 2 years of traveling. The landlord was very friendly, answered all questions and concerns very quickly, and made my stay so easy. The apartment itself is so comfortable and decorated super cute. The location of the apartment is great as well; close to restaurants, grocery stores, and several gyms. There is also a really nice pool area and gym in the complex. Plenty of parking both in the garage and outside. I never had an issue with parking. I would definitely recommend this space to other travelers.
